Pack with the journey in mind

Choose a strong outer box

Use a clean, rigid carton suited to the weight. Avoid damaged or previously crushed boxes.

• Keep weight manageable for safe handling
• Seal all seams with strong packing tape
• Remove old labels and barcodes

Protect what is inside

Wrap fragile items individually and fill empty space so contents cannot shift.

• Protect corners, screens and glass
• Place heavy goods at the bottom
• Keep liquids and batteries out until Hobort confirms acceptance

Label & list everything

Keep a packing list and purchase records. Write your name and Hobort reference on the package as instructed.

• Number multi-box shipments: 1 of 3, 2 of 3…
• Photograph contents before sealing
• Never misdescribe an item or its value

Check restricted items and ask the team about oversized, high-value or unusual cargo before dispatch.
