Personal air & sea cargo

Have your shipment reference and a clear list of what is in each package.

Sender and recipient contact details
Purchase invoice or truthful value declaration
Item-by-item packing list with quantities and values
Identity information when requested through a secure channel

Commercial cargo

Business shipments may need additional export and import records. U.S. EEI/AES and Ghana shipper registration requirements should be checked for the specific transaction.

Commercial invoice and packing list
Product classification and country of origin
Importer details and any required permits
U.S. export filing information where applicable

Vehicles

Vehicle shipments need ownership and export review before booking.

Title or ownership record
Bill of sale and vehicle identification number
Seller, owner and consignee details
Any export or Ghana import documents confirmed by the team

Duties, taxes & clearance

Ghana import duties, taxes, examinations and third-party charges are separate unless your written quote says otherwise. Hobort will explain who is responsible before you approve the service.
